Soup Thursday, 12/23/10: Hot-and-Sour Oriental Vegetable Soup

From Nava Atlas’s Vegetarian Soups for All Seasons. Delicious! The only changes I made were to add two more cups water and leave the hot sauce out, so we could add it in our bowls. (Didn’t want to fuck up a whole pot of soup.)

      Heee. MOVE TO DURHAM. If you’ll do my makeup every once in a while, I’ll convert the craft room to a second bedroom. ;)
